These Terms & Conditions govern all vehicle rentals with Big Time Ridez Exotic & Luxury Rentals. By reserving or driving one of our vehicles, you agree to abide by the following policies:
1. Renter Requirements
Age: Renters must be at least 21 years of age. Certain vehicles may require a higher minimum age.
Driver’s License: A valid, government-issued driver’s license is required. International renters must also provide a valid International Driving Permit (IDP).
Insurance: Renters must present proof of a full, transferable auto insurance policy in their name. Coverage must include comprehensive and collision limits that meet or exceed the replacement value of the vehicle.
Credit Card: A major credit card is required for the security deposit. Prepaid cards and debit cards are not accepted for deposits.
Rental Payments: Rental fees may be paid via cash, Zelle, Apple Cash, or Venmo. Credit card payments are also accepted; however, they will be subject to a 5% surcharge.
Verified Drivers: Only drivers verified and approved by Big Time Ridez may operate the rental vehicle. All approved drivers must be listed in the rental contract in addition to the primary renter. Unauthorized drivers are strictly prohibited and will void the rental agreement.
2. Security Deposit
A security deposit between $1,000 and $10,000+ is required prior to vehicle release.
The deposit is placed as a credit card authorization hold and will be released once the vehicle is returned on time, in the same condition, and without additional charges.
3. Rental Inclusions & Charges
Mileage: Rentals include a limited number of miles. Additional miles are charged per the rate stated in your rental agreement.
Fuel: All vehicles require premium, high-octane fuel. Proof of purchase may be requested. Using incorrect fuel may result in damage fees.
Additional Fees: Renters are responsible for all tolls, tickets, citations, late return fees, and any other charges incurred during the rental period.
4. Vehicle Condition & Responsibility
Pristine Condition: Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as at pickup, including cleanliness.
Damage & Negligence: Any damage, neglect, or excessive wear will be charged to the renter.
Loss of Use: Renters are financially responsible for any period the vehicle is unavailable for rental due to damage.
Prohibited Use: Vehicles may not be used for racing, reckless driving, off-road use, or unauthorized events.
5. Driving Restrictions & Legal Compliance
Weather Conditions: Vehicles are not permitted to be driven in snow, ice, flooding, or severe weather conditions that pose risk of damage.
Legal Compliance: Renters must obey all traffic laws and regulations. Fines, penalties, and legal violations are the sole responsibility of the renter.
Unauthorized Repairs: No unauthorized modifications, repairs, or adjustments may be made to the vehicle.
6. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Standard Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled reservation date to qualify for a full refund.
Holiday Cancellations: For rentals scheduled during major holidays or holiday weekends, cancellations must be made at least 7 days (1 week) in advance to qualify for a full refund.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 72 hours of the rental date (or within 7 days for holiday rentals) are non-refundable.
No-Shows & Early Returns: No-shows and early returns are not eligible for any refund or credit.
Company-Initiated Cancellations: If Big Time Ridez must cancel due to safety, mechanical issues, or vehicle unavailability, the renter will be offered either:
A full refund, or
A comparable replacement vehicle, subject to availability, at no additional cost.
7. Important Considerations
Read Carefully: Review the full rental agreement before signing. Each rental may include additional model-specific conditions.
Confirm Details: Availability, pricing, mileage allowances, and deposit requirements vary by vehicle. Confirm all details prior to booking.
Big Time Ridez Rights: We reserve the right to refuse rental service to any individual who does not meet our requirements or who violates our policies.
