Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Big Time Ridez Exotic & Luxury Rentals, we value your business and strive to provide a transparent and hassle-free rental experience. Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before completing your reservation.

Standard Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled reservation date to qualify for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the reservation date are non-refundable.

Holiday Cancellations

  • For rentals scheduled during major holidays or holiday weekends, cancellations must be made at least 7 days (1 week) in advance to qualify for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of a holiday rental date are non-refundable.

No-Shows & Early Returns

  • No-shows (failure to pick up the vehicle) and early returns (returning before the agreed time) are not eligible for any refund or credit.

Company-Initiated Cancellations

If Big Time Ridez must cancel a reservation due to safety concerns, mechanical issues, or vehicle unavailability, you will be offered one of the following options:

  1. A full refund, or

  2. A comparable replacement vehicle at no additional cost (subject to availability).

Important Notes

  • All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the transaction to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Refunds and cancellations are subject to the rental agreement terms signed at the time of booking.

  • Big Time Ridez reserves the right to refuse refunds outside the stated policy.
