Big Time Ridez accepts vehicle inquiries for photo shoots, music videos, movie sets, film projects and other productions in Orange County and Los Angeles. Tell us whether you need a luxury car, an exotic supercar or a classic or vintage vehicle, along with the visual style and shoot date. Each vehicle and intended use must be confirmed.
A stationary car in a studio and a moving car on location have different logistics. Specify whether the car will be driven, by whom, how far and on what type of location. Describe any props, equipment, mounts or alterations you propose. Stunts, track use and modifications are not authorized by submitting an inquiry.
For a Huntington Beach or Newport Beach shoot, send the exact location, call time, access window and expected wrap. For a Los Angeles studio or venue, include loading access, parking and the person coordinating the handoff. Check any location permissions your production needs before confirming the car.
Compare the published fleet for available styles and colors, and describe any additional requirements in your request. Classic and vintage inquiries need separate availability confirmation; do not assume they can be driven or used under ordinary rental terms. Include backup models if your shoot has a fixed deadline.
Provide the date, shoot duration, location, intended use, driver details and vehicle preferences. Ask what transport, rental, deposit, mileage, coverage and return conditions apply. Confirm those details before building the production schedule around a vehicle.
